Abrahamic Covenant

Course Description:

Abraham is one of the key figures in the biblical story: the person God called to be the ancestor of God’s chosen people, the person who demonstrated great faith, the person who entered into a deep covenant relationship with God. This course starts by outlining God’s covenant with Abram and its significance and goes on to look at how God’s call of Abraham and covenant with him is developed throughout his life. It also reflects on different aspects of the covenant from the perspective of our New Testament understanding of its significance.
