Thesis Defense

Course Description:

This course is for thesis candidates who have completed all courses, examinations, and Thesis Research and Writing course.  To enroll in Thesis Defense, the prerequisites of dissertation courses, which includes Thesis I, Thesis II, Thesis III, Thesis IV, and Thesis V, must be taken a minimum of four (5) times.

Upon completion and approval of your Thesis Research paper, the candidate will present a 15-20 minute PowerPoint oral final defense of the study with an emphasis on the findings and the conclusions.  Evaluation of the Final Defense will include three possible results:

• Pass;
• Provisionally approved with revisions; or
• Failure.

Note: Thesis Defense is an intensive course and can be taken two times.
